Domestique has crafted our subscription models specifically around a model of consumption. Don't hold more coffee than you'll drink and don't ever run out! Based on our brew recipes, we understand how much coffee you'll need, so you don't have to.

Which Order Frequency Should I Select?

We have two available options for order frequency: bi-weekly and monthly. You will be charged each time your order processes. There is no difference in overall price between subscription frequencies; however, you get to select a delivery and billing cadence that works best for you!

Don't worry, though. This can all be changed later as needed right from your account. You can swap or add products, skip orders if you're going out of town, or edit any delivery or billing information. Click here to make changes to your subscription.

How Can I Make Changes To My Subscription?

You can edit subscription details from your account, including frequency, products, amount, billing and shipping information, and skipping orders if necessary. You will receive an email reminder about your upcoming order 72 orders prior to your order processing, allowing you to make any desired changes.

We cannot permit any changes or cancellations to orders that have already been processed.

Please Note: Because we source coffee from all over the world, sometimes we run into supply-chain delays outside of our control. In the event that we don’t have your selected coffee, you will receive an email allowing you to select a substitution coffee. If we do not hear from you, we will substitute with a coffee that is most similar to the tasting profile of your preferred coffee.

Why Is The Packaging Different?

You’ll notice that your subscription coffee now comes in much simpler packaging, which means you’ll just be paying for the coffee that you already know and love, not the additional costs of retail packaging.

In order to provide the best coffee possible, vacuum sealing your order preserves freshness til the beans are at your door. Then, transfer to your favorite airtight container for continued freshness in every brew! 

Why change to such a specific amount? We want our customers to have a tailored experience at a reduced cost, all while reducing waste. 

How Do I Brew My Coffee At Home?

Our custom amounts are based on a 24g pour over brew method which you can find here. If you brew a different way, pay attention to how many "cups" your output is to help you select how much coffee you'll need. Find our other brewing guides here!

Why Can't My Coffee Be Ground?

We only offer whole bean subscriptions to preserve freshness so you can have the best cup possible. Each order is measured and vacuum sealed upon roasting. Coffee begins losing freshness as soon as it's ground. Check out our brew guides for recommended grind settings!
