I'm having trouble signing up
If you’re having trouble signing in and have received a message stating “incorrect password” or “username already exists” this is most likely due to you being an existing web or cafe customer. Please utilize the “forgot password” function at the login screen for the Domestique APP and this will allow you to create a unified password between systems and login successfully. If you continue to have problems, please reach out via the App Support form below.
My order won't submit
We’re continuing to implement enhancements to the V1 version of Domestique’s app. Currently, if you add an item that is out of stock, the app will prevent you from moving beyond your cart screen. We are currently working to notify users that an item is out of stock prior to adding it to their cart.
I didn't receive a pick-up notification
Didn’t receive a notification that your order was ready? Make sure you’ve listed your cell phone number and email address as contact options within your user profile.
How do I get rewards
Domestique is currently working to implement rewards directly in App. For the time being, we will continue to offer rewards through our physical punch card system.
