Part-Time Barista 

You will work with the Domestique team to create memorable coffee experiences for our customers, representing our high-quality, locally roasted coffee with your in-depth knowledge on our products and the nuances of third-wave coffee.  

Role & Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers by taking food and drink orders, answering questions, and acting as a leader of product knowledge
• Preparing and serving beverages and light food items with the highest-quality standard
• Keeping the work environment sanitary and well-organized 
• Following structured processes to maintain efficiency and quality of service 

• Two or more years of experience as a barista and/or working in the coffee industry
• Must be proficient on an espresso machine 
• Must have one traditional latte art mastered 
• Understand brew mechanics of filter coffee, cold brew, and espresso
• Driver's license and reliable/consistent transportation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and receptive to constructive feedback 
• Punctuality, flexibility and willingness to work extended hours. Early mornings and weekends are a must-have. 
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, professional environment
• Willingness to communicate on company platforms to stay engaged and up to date

Schedule 

• 20-25 hours a week 
• Weekend availability required 

Compensation 

• $10/hour plus tips (Hourly rate is typically $16-$18 per hour)
