- Whole Bean Coffee (68g)
- Filtered Cold Water (20oz/600g)
You can also follow these steps using a sealable jar and cheesecloth as your filter!
Average Brew Time: 8-12 hours
Step 1
Measure out 68g of whole beans and grind on a coarse setting. It should look like kosher salt.
Step 2
Add ground coffee to your filter and close (or tie if using cheesecloth). Place into the vessel.
Step 3
Add 20oz cold water to the vessel and seal.
- Adjust if your container is a different size using a 1:9 ratio of coffee to water.
Step 4
Allow coffee to brew for 8-12 hours, refrigerated. Once steeped, gently shake to stir the coffee and remove the filter.
Pour over ice, dilute with water or milk as preferred.
For an extra smooth cup, pour the cold brew through a filter again before serving.
